When the app opens up I get no video. I messaged the developer on Twitter and got no response. Dont remember how much I paid but whatever it was it was a waste of money.

Forced to update to ios 8.0.1

This app is very buggy since the latest updates. It does not show you more than two recorded videos any more, but it does charge the memory for them. And the German translation is very bad. Please give us back the English version or let us at least choose the language on our own. Please fix the bug that only two videos are listed. How can an update destroy the usability of an app so badly? Didnt you do any testing?

This is one awesome app

I run an Executive/Protective Driving Service and I was very excited about this app, as it sounded to be just what I need. However, after using it for 30-40 minutes, it turned out this is just another great idea but bad/poor implementation. Hideous compression; after 40 min of usage my whole 5Gb empty space on my Iphone was gone. All the roads are unnamed and according to the TripRec I was driving 7.8 km with an average speed of.....1.4 km/h. What it was suppose to be a 10 km trip, TripRec was informing me I traveled about 76 km at 15.2 km/h average speed. I would have been out of business long time ago if the information would be true and accurate..... LOL!!! I am going to keep the app for a while, hoping the developer will make some improvements. Developer(s), give me a shout and I will try to help you improve the app. according to the needs and wants of a (hard core) professional driver and tactical driving instructor. You get from me two stars for the effort.

Of all the dashcam apps, I liked this implementation the best. You get video recording, but you can also switch to map view to see where you are. You can turn off the screen so that it doesnt distract you while youre driving. But tapping the screen again does not take you back to the app, for some reason. You can choose to include sound in your videos or not. I do recommend using the loop feature, because it doesnt do so well with large files. One thing that seemed to be missing was video stabalization. Maybe i just need a better mount. The other thing is that, even though I plugged my phone into the USB slot in my car, it still drains the battery. But thats to be expected with the amount of features simaltaneously in use. All in all, great app. Great implementation.

It is very easy to use. But,recorded video has disappeared.

I think it would be better if I could see the GPS location on the saved movie. It isnt saved as it looks like.

Well, Ive downloaded a lot of apps like this, Ive tested them and decided to buy this one because: You can switch the screen off - thats the most important for Your battery You can turn off AF. But still there is a bug wich drives me crazy. When You flip Your iPhone right to horizontal position and the HOME button is on the left side, sometimes the video recorded or only data displayed on the screen is upside down. I wrote about that to the developer of the app even on twitter, but it looks like he doesnt care about it or he doesnt read that kind of stuff :/ thats why I give only 3 stars.

Really simple and very helpful on the road. Only one thing to fix- autodelete of older movies is needed because when You are switch and switch the app again they are filling memory of the phone. Only one thing and itll be just perfect app!

Viewing angle of 120 with HD-video recording

Im not sure others have the issue but in my case on iphone4 this app lags as hell! I prefer isymdvr, Carcorder, drivemate d cam or witnessdrive.

So it looks good at first, while recording it shows your speed, position, map, elapsed time. But when you play it back all that it saves is a video of the road, no data or info is displayed. Its an expensive way to turn on your camera video.
